Meet Dr. Daryn McCarter
The Road to Chiropractic
A West Texas farm boy, Dr. Daryn’s high school graduating class in Lockney, was just 37 students. He received his first bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from West Texas A&M (WT), but by the time he graduated, he knew he didn’t want to work with athletes his whole life. Instead, he took his passion for how the human body works to Texas Tech, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Dr. Daryn worked in the medical ICU for two years, during which he met his future wife, Morgan. She received regular chiropractic adjustments, and when Dr. Daryn accompanied her for the first time, he was shocked at the number of children getting adjusted there. Talking with the chiropractors, he began to understand that there was another way of addressing health that used the body’s innate, God-given healing abilities.
Eventually, he knew that chiropractic was the career he had been searching for. He and Morgan moved to Dallas, and he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in 2018.
Additional Certifications
It was at Parker that Dr. Daryn was inspired to create a family practice that specializes in care for special needs and neurodiverse children, as well as pregnant women. He has additional training and certification in Webster Technique, Torque Release Technique®, and Pediatric and Family Chiropractic Care.

Away From the Office
A homebody by nature, Dr. Daryn loves spending time with his wife and boys when he’s not at work. He’s a runner and likes to do challenging physical activities, like half marathons, when he has time. He also coaches at F45.
